Responsibilities

• Perform residential and commercial property appraisals.
• Research neighborhood trends and conditions affecting property values.
• Prepare and deliver presentations on assessment findings to clients.
• Work closely with mortgage lenders to provide necessary documentation.
• Advise clients on the real estate market and property investment opportunities.
• Utilize technology and analytical tools to enhance appraisal accuracy.
• Maintain thorough records of all appraisals and client communications.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Certified Residential Appraiser (CRA) or equivalent certification

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in property appraisal and assessment.

Certifications
