Job Description

As an Administrative Law Judge, you will be key in conducting fair and impartial hearings, adjudicating cases across various fields such as labor, health, and more. Your strong analytical and communication skills will be crucial in ensuring justice is served.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate hearings, ensuring a fair process for all participants.
  • Analyze complex legal issues and provide well-reasoned conclusions.
  • Prepare detailed written reports outlining the findings and decisions.
  • Effectively manage a diverse caseload, prioritizing tasks as necessary.
  • Participate in training and development sessions to enhance skills.
  • Liaise with external stakeholders, including legal representatives and regulators.
  • Utilize technology effectively to maintain and organize case files.
  • Assist in the development of policies and procedures related to administrative hearings.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field
  • Juris Doctor (JD) is highly desirable
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in administrative hearings or legal adjudication.
