We are seeking an experienced Avionics Inspector to ensure the proper functioning and compliance of avionics systems in aircraft. The successful candidate will perform detailed inspections, tests, and maintenance on avionics systems and components.
Responsibilities
Perform routine inspections on avionics systems for compliance and performance.
Coordinate with team members to identify and resolve malfunctions in avionics equipment.
Ensure all inspection and maintenance activities are documented thoroughly.
Assist in developing and updating inspection procedures and protocols.
Conduct training sessions for new technicians on avionics inspections.
Evaluate the need for repairs and generate work requests for necessary parts.
Compile reports on inspection outcomes and maintenance trends.
Engage in continuing education to stay abreast of industry advancements.
Participate in cross-functional teams to improve overall aircraft safety.
Foster a culture of safety and efficiency in the workplace.
Requirements
Education
High school diploma or equivalent
FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) license
Avionics certification
Experience
Minimum of 3 years of experience in avionics maintenance or inspection.
Technical Skills
Knowledge of avionics testing equipment and tools
Understanding of avionics regulations and standards

Certifications
