Job Description

As a Data Scientist, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather data, develop algorithms, and create data-driven solutions to enhance our service offerings and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex datasets to glean insights and trends.
• Develop and implement advanced analytical models and algorithms.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver actionable data insights.
• Visualize data through reports and dashboards to communicate findings.
• Present results and strategies to clients and team members effectively.
• Maintain existing data systems and innovate methodologies for improved data collection.
• Engage with cross-functional teams to optimize and automate processes.
• Perform data cleansing, validation, and preprocessing to ensure data integrity.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in data science.
• Participate in peer reviews and provide constructive feedback.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in data analysis or related field
