Job Description

We are looking for Semiconductor Processing Technicians to join our growing team. The ideal candidates will oversee and support semiconductor device manufacturing processes. Your role will involve ensuring high production quality and operational efficiency while performing diagnostics and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor semiconductor fabrication equipment.
• Perform detailed inspections of semiconductor wafers to ensure quality.
• Analyze process data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate closely with the QA team to uphold stringent quality standards.
• Handle troubleshooting of production issues and implement effective solutions.
• Contribute to the training and onboarding of new team members.
• Prepare reports on production metrics for management review.
• Assist in conducting root cause analysis for any production failures.
• Support the implementation of automation and new technologies.
• Monitor supply levels and coordinate with inventory management.

Requirements

Education

• Associate's degree in Electronics, Engineering, or related field
• Bachelor's degree is preferred

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing

Languages
