Job Description

As a Geriatric Physician, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality medical care to elderly patients. You will manage chronic illnesses, create personalized treatment plans, and collaborate with a dedicated healthcare team to improve the overall well-being of your patients.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular health assessments and create preventive healthcare plans.
• Work closely with physical therapists and social workers to ensure holistic patient care.
• Engage in community health programs to promote health awareness in the elderly population.
• Document patient histories, treatment plans, and progress notes accurately.
• Participate in continuing education and training in geriatric practices.
• Mentor junior healthcare providers in geriatric care techniques.

Requirements

Education

• Doctor of Medicine (MD)
• Completion of a Geriatric Fellowship is preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of relevant experience.
