Responsibilities

  • Present and promote pharmaceutical products to doctors, hospitals, and clinics.
  • Cultivate long-term relationships with key opinion leaders in the healthcare field.
  • Gather and analyze feedback from healthcare professionals regarding product performance.
  • Work with marketing and research teams to align product messaging.
  • Identify and create opportunities for new product launches.
  • Achieve personal and team sales goals through effective sales strategies.
  • Implement customer relationship management (CRM) software for tracking sales activities.
  • Provide training and support for new sales representatives.
  • Engage with clients through regular follow-up and excellent customer service.
  • Stay informed on industry developments and new pharmaceuticals.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field
  • Master's degree is a plus
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales, particularly in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector
