Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Tie Man to join our team. As a Tie Man, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining high-quality ties and ensuring efficient production. You should have a strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Create innovative designs for ties that align with current fashion trends.
• Monitor production output to meet quality and efficiency metrics.
• Conduct regular equipment inspections and maintenance.
• Training new team members on production procedures.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure the timely delivery of orders.
• Problem-solve production issues quickly and efficiently.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Formal training or apprenticeship in tie production preferred

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in tie production

Technical Skills

• Excellent hand-eye coordination
• Knowledge of different tie styles and patterns

Soft Skills

• Attention to detail
• Communication skills

Advantageous

• Experience working with high-end tie brands: Familiarity with luxury textiles and branding.
• Knowledge of garment manufacturing processes: Understanding of how garments are produced and quality controlled.
