Job Description

As an Instructional Coordinator, you will be pivotal in shaping and improving the educational programs within our organization. This role involves collaborating closely with educators, analyzing instructional methods, and implementing effective teaching strategies.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with subject matter experts to create instructional materials.
• Conduct data analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of teaching methodologies.
• Lead professional development sessions to promote effective teaching strategies.
• Support teachers in integrating technology into their instructional practices.
• Facilitate communication between teachers and administration regarding curriculum needs.
• Assist in grant writing for program funding.
• Participate in educational committees to promote curriculum alignment.
• Develop and maintain partnerships with local educational organizations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field
• Master's degree in a relevant subject is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years in instructional roles or curriculum design.
