Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales and providing exceptional customer service to meet and exceed sales targets. Excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Develop new business opportunities by identifying potential clients through market research and referrals.
  • Provide tailored solutions based on customer feedback and requirements.
  • Achieve quarterly sales targets and KPIs as set by management.
  • Partner with the marketing team to implement campaigns that increase customer engagement.
  • Conduct follow-ups with leads to convert them into satisfied customers.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to product offerings.
  • Ensure all sales documentation is accurate and compliant with company standards.
  • Track market trends and forecast future sales opportunities.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
Experience
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience in a similar role
