Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Rail Yard Engineer to oversee the planning, design, and maintenance of railroad infrastructure. The ideal candidate will ensure the efficient operation of rail systems and manage compliance with safety regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Assess the need for repairs or upgrades to existing rail systems.
  • Train and mentor junior engineers and staff on safety practices and project management.
  • Utilize CAD software to create detailed project designs and schematics.
  • Implement technology solutions for tracking and monitoring railroad operations.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering
  • Master's degree in related field is preferred
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in railroad engineering or a related sector
Technical Skills
  • BIM (Building Information Modeling)

Languages
