A keen eye for detail and the ability to follow assembly instructions are essential for success in this position.

Responsibilities

• Utilize hand tools and machinery for silverware assembly.
• Perform visual inspections of items for quality assurance.
• Pack products securely to prevent damage during shipping.
• Ensure the assembly area remains clutter-free.
• Report safety hazards or equipment issues immediately.
• Collaborate with peers to refine and improve assembly processes.
• Reach and meet daily production goals consistently.
• Document all relevant production information thoroughly.
• Conduct regular equipment checks and maintenance.
• Take on various tasks as directed by the Production Supervisor.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Prior experience in a manufacturing or assembly role is a plus.
