Job Description

As a Machine Tender, you will play a crucial role in operating and maintaining various types of machinery utilized in our production processes. Your responsibilities will encompass monitoring machine operation, conducting routine maintenance, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations, all while fostering a smooth workflow that guarantees high-quality output.

Responsibilities

• Operate multiple types of machinery with proficiency.
• Take proactive steps to troubleshoot and resolve minor machine issues.
• Ensure materials are correctly loaded into machines according to specifications.
• Conduct regular quality checks on products and report variances.
• Assist in implementing operational improvements.
• Maintain safety equipment in functional condition.
• Participate in safety training and committee meetings.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Associate degree or vocational training in manufacturing is preferred

Experience

• 2-4 years of relevant work experience in a manufacturing environment

Languages

• English: Fluent
