Job Description

We are currently seeking a skilled Electrician specializing in lightning protection installation. Your expertise will be crucial in safeguarding structures from lightning strikes. This role involves working on various projects and collaborating with a dedicated team of professionals.

Responsibilities

• Perform installations of lightning protection systems following established guidelines.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure systems are functioning correctly.
• Document concerns and corrective actions taken during inspections.
• Assist in developing new methods for improving installation efficiency.
• Work closely with project managers and clients to ensure project success.
• Provide training for apprentices in lightning protection installation.
• Stay updated with the latest technology and techniques in electrical safety.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and concerns.
• Complete other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Completed apprenticeship or training program in electrical systems or related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in lightning protection systems installation.

• Electrical Systems Knowledge

Certifications

• NFPA 780 Certification
• Certified Electrician License

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.: Strong skills in understanding technical schematics and designs.
• Bilingual skills a plus.: Ability to communicate in both English and Spanish is advantageous.
