Job Description

The Field Party Manager will oversee the daily operations of field activities. This role requires exceptional leadership and organizational skills to ensure all projects are executed timely and within budgetary constraints. The ideal candidate will manage a team of Field Coordinators, liaise with clients, and ensure compliance with all project requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise team members during project execution to ensure optimal performance.
• Handle budgeting and financial management for field projects.
• Foster relationships with vendors and external stakeholders.
• Provide regular updates to upper management on project progress.
• Lead risk assessment sessions and implement mitigation strategies.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Engineering or related field is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of management experience in remote project management contexts

Technical Skills

• Data analysis software proficiency
• GIS Mapping Software
• Microsoft Office Suite
