Training and Development Manager

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Training and Development Manager to design and implement innovative training programs for our labor workforce. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in labor training, ensuring that employees acquire the key skills required for success.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of training programs tailored for diverse employee groups.
• Conduct needs analysis to identify gaps in employee skills and knowledge.
• Work closely with HR and operations to align training programs with organizational objectives.
• Facilitate engaging training sessions that promote adult learning principles.
• Track training budgets and resources for effective management.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and other relevant regulations during training.
• Collaborate with external vendors for training resources and materials.
• Evaluate the return on investment (ROI) for various training initiatives.
• Provide mentorship to junior trainers and develop their skill sets.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• Master's degree in Human Resources Management is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of relevant experience in workforce training

• Project Management Software

Certifications
