Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Manufacturing Supervisor to oversee production processes and ensure high-quality standards are met. The ideal candidate will manage the team effectively while ensuring timely and efficient production.

Responsibilities

• Direct the operations of the production line to ensure optimal output.
• Supervise the maintenance of machinery and equipment to prevent downtime.
• Establish and monitor KPI metrics to measure production efficiency.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement among staff members.
• Ensure that products are manufactured within budget and timeframes.
• Collaborate with the quality assurance team to uphold product standards.
• Report production progress and challenges to senior management.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Operations Management, or related fields
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
