Responsibilities

• Identify and report on key athletic prospects through thorough performance evaluation.
• Attend weekly scouting meetings to share insights and recommendations.
• Utilize data analysis tools to track athlete stats and benchmarks.
• Maintain ongoing communication with sports organizations to foster collaboration.
• Assist in formulating athlete development strategies based on evaluations.
• Conduct competitive analysis on emerging talents within the sports domain.
• Create scouting reports that detail athletes’ strengths and areas for improvement.
• Contribute to team presentations highlighting scouting insights and recommendations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Education or related field

Experience

• At least 3 years of professional experience in talent scouting or coaching

Technical Skills

• Proficient In Video Analysis
• Knowledge of NCAA Regulations

Soft Skills

• Strong Networking Skills
• Detail-oriented

Languages

• English: Fluent
