Job Responsibilities

  • Work with external vendors to bring additional wellness resources to employees.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Health Promotion, Public Health, or a related field
  • Master's degree preferred
  • Wellness program management Expertise in developing and managing wellness initiatives.
  • Data analysis Ability to analyze data to gauge program success.
  • Communication Strong interpersonal skills for engaging employees.
  • Motivational skills Ability to inspire individuals to adopt healthier lifestyles.
  • Certified Wellness Program Coordinator
  • Health and Wellness Coach Certification
  • English (Fluent)
