Job Description

Join our team as a Hoist and Winch Operator. This role involves managing rigging and hoisting operations, ensuring that all equipment is operated safely and effectively during construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Operate winches, hoists, and other rigging equipment according to safety standards.
• Conduct regular maintenance checks on all rigging and hoisting tools.
• Assist with the setup of hoisting operations for various construction projects.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure efficiency and safety.
• Train new hoist operators on safety procedures and equipment usage.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years experience in rigging or hoisting operations.

Certifications
