Responsibilities

• Install rock wool insulation in various construction settings, ensuring alignment with plans.
• Maintain health and safety standards during installation processes.
• Methodically assess insulation requirements based on construction blueprints.
• Report any discrepancies in project specifications to the Site Manager.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure timely project completion.
• Utilize appropriate tools and equipment for insulation application effectively.
• Document detailed reports of daily work activities.
• Assist in the cleanup of job sites post-installation.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 2-3 years of experience in industrial insulation and construction

Technical Skills

• Blueprint reading
• Safety compliance

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving
• Effective communication

Certifications

• NIA or ICAA certification (preferred)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with other insulation materials: Knowledge of and experience with fiberglass and spray foam.
• Additional safety certifications: Including advanced safety training and first aid.
