Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Appliance Repair Technician to join our dynamic team. The Appliance Repair Technician will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing a range of household appliances, including refrigerators, ovens, and dishwashers. The ideal candidate should possess strong troubleshooting skills and have a knack for customer service.

Responsibilities

• Effectively diagnose and resolve appliance issues onsite.
• Perform installations and repairs of various household appliances.
• Document service visits accurately and maintain customer records.
• Convey repair options and timelines clearly to customers.
• Evaluate new appliances and provide recommendations to customers.
• Mentor junior technicians as needed and help with training.
• Foster positive relationships with clients and ensure satisfaction.
• Manage a portable toolbox with necessary tools and equipment.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss challenges and solutions.
• Provide follow-up on completed repairs to ensure total customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification in HVAC systems is a plus

Experience

• 1-2 years of experience in appliance repair or relevant field
