Job Description

As a Turnstile Collector, you will play a vital role in managing the flow of patrons at event entrances, collecting tickets, and providing exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities include operating turnstile machinery, answering patron inquiries, and ensuring compliance with event policies.

Responsibilities

  • Manage ticket collection and patron entry during events.
  • Use software tools to validate and scan tickets.
  • Ensure all patrons receive prompt and friendly service.
  • Assist in line management to enhance the entry experience.
  • Provide feedback on operational efficiency to management.
  • Participate in training sessions for new staff.
  • Adhere to event policies to ensure safety and security.
  • Assist with setup and teardown of entrance areas.

Requirements

Education

Experience
