Job Description

As a Bookkeeper with our firm, you will oversee the preparation of financial reports, process transactions, and work with other team members to streamline financial processes. You will work in a supportive environment that values attention to detail and timely communication.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and analyze financial reports for management review.
  • Support the finance team in developing fiscal strategies.
  • Manage vendor relationships regarding financial matters.
  • Develop and implement reporting procedures to enhance accuracy.
  • Analyze financial trends and generate recommendations.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities as needed.
  • Assist with inventory management and control processes.

Requirements

Education
  • Associate's degree in Accounting or related field
Experience
  • 1-3 years of experience in bookkeeping or related field
