Job Description

The Prep Technician is responsible for performing various tasks related to the preparation and maintenance of materials in the environmental science field. The ideal candidate will ensure that all materials are properly processed and ready for further use in various projects.

Responsibilities

  • Execute preparation protocols for various projects.
  • Conduct inspections and quality checks on materials.
  • Keep detailed records of all preparation activities.
  • Communicate effectively with team members to enhance productivity.
  • Ensure adherence to all relevant safety standards.
  • Assist in solving material processing issues as they arise.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science or related field is preferred
  • Certifications in hazardous materials handling are a plus
Experience
  • 2-3 years of experience in an environmental technician role
