Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated Agricultural Education Instructor to join our dynamic team at Tech Innovations Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching agricultural concepts, techniques, and practices to students, fostering their understanding and passion for agriculture. You will engage with students through hands-on learning experiences and field trips, helping them to develop practical skills applicable in real-world agricultural settings.

Responsibilities

• Create and adapt lesson plans based on student needs and curriculum guidelines.
• Facilitate discussions that encourage students to explore agricultural concepts.
• Establish and maintain relationships with local agricultural businesses for resource sharing.
• Utilize technology to enhance teaching and learning experiences.
• Assess and report on student progress, providing constructive feedback.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Education
• Master's degree in Education or Agricultural Sciences is a plus

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a teaching role.
