Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Computer Equipment Repairer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain computer hardware, ensuring smooth operation of systems for our users. You will be instrumental in diagnosing issues and implementing effective solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on support for diagnosing system issues.
• Implement repairs on malfunctioning equipment.
• Reconfigure hardware to enhance system performance.
• Ensure data integrity during repairs and upgrades.
• Offer guidance on effective use of computer systems and peripherals.
• Coordinate with suppliers for necessary repair parts.
• Foster strong relationships with clients by ensuring timely service.
• Enhance technical documentation and repair manuals.

Requirements

Education

• Technical certification or associate degree in computer technology preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science is a plus

Experience

• 2+ years in a similar technical support role
