Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Allopathic Doctor to join our medical team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in diagnosing and treating illnesses and injuries, exceptional communication skills, and a dedication to improving patient care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive care in outpatient settings.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
• Participate in peer reviews and quality assurance activities.
• Provide telemedicine services when required.
• Engage in active patient follow-ups and referrals.
• Support the training of residents and interns.
• Promote a patient-centered approach to care.

Requirements

Education

• MD degree from an accredited medical school
• Board certification preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in a relevant specialty area preferred.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in EHR systems
• Strong problem-solving skills

Soft Skills

• Team leadership
• Patient advocacy

Certifications

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
• National Institute for Health Clinical Research Training

Languages

• English: Fluent
