Job Description

We seek a dedicated Nurse Practitioner to provide quality healthcare services to our patients in Baltimore. The successful candidate will work collaboratively within our healthcare team to deliver exceptional patient care, perform assessments, diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plans.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial and ongoing patient assessments.
• Manage acute and chronic health issues.
• Educate patients about medications and treatment plans.
• Document all patient interactions thoroughly.
• Collaborate in a multidisciplinary team approach to patient care.
• Implement preventive care strategies.
• Respond to emergency situations as necessary.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Nursing
• Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) license

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a clinical setting

• Medication Management

Certifications

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with EMR systems: Proficient in using Electronic Medical Records for patient documentation.
• Leadership or supervisory experience: Ability to lead a team and manage clinical operations.
