Job Description

As a Telecommunications Equipment Installer and Repairer, you'll be responsible for the installation and maintenance of various communication systems and devices. This role requires a strong understanding of telecommunications equipment and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair telecommunications equipment.
• Conduct field service visits and provide customer service for equipment issues.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve equipment failures effectively.
• Maintain inventory of equipment and replacement parts.
• Assist in the training of new technicians and installers.

Requirements

Education

• Associate's degree in a relevant technical field
• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications is a plus

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in the telecommunications industry

Technical Skills

• Diagnostic equipment operation
• Fiber optics knowledge

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving skills
• Customer service skills

Certifications

• National Institute for Certification in Engineering Technologies (NICET) certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
