Job Description

We are looking for a knowledgeable and experienced Computer Systems Specialist to join our team. You will be responsible for maintaining and supporting the organization's computer systems, ensuring their smooth operation and troubleshooting any issues.

Responsibilities

• Manage system installations and configurations for various software and hardware.
• Monitor system performance and make recommendations for enhancements.
• Document system processes and maintain technical documentation.
• Provide timely updates and maintenance of system software and hardware.
• Analyze and resolve user support requests with a focus on customer service.
• Benchmark system performance and troubleshoot inefficiencies.
• Work in collaboration with other technical teams to enhance service delivery.
• Identify areas for improvement in IT processes and implement solutions.
• Prepare forecasts for equipment replacements and upgrades.
• Educate staff on best practices to ensure safe and effective use of technology.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Industry certifications (e.g., Certified Information Systems Security Professional) are preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in IT support

Technical Skills

• PowerShell
• VMware

Certifications

• AWS Certified Solutions Architect

Languages

• English: Fluent
