Implementation Specialist

Job Description

As an Implementation Specialist, you will be the key point of contact for clients during software integration projects. Your role will involve leading the implementation process from requirements gathering through to post-launch support. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure a smooth transition and help clients successfully adapt to our technology solutions.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to analyze their requirements and objectives during project kick-off.
• Manage the configuration of software solutions to meet client specifications.
• Perform thorough testing to ensure software solutions are functioning as intended.
• Work closely with sales and support teams to facilitate a seamless implementation experience.
• Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting support as needed throughout the process.
• Capture client feedback to guide continuous improvement of services.
• Maintain a high level of communication with all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Help integrate software solutions with client existing systems.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field

Experience

• 2+ years of relevant experience in software implementation

Technical Skills

• Technical Troubleshooting

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• PMP Certification: Project Management Professional certification is a plus.
• Experience in SaaS Applications: Familiarity with Software as a Service deployment models is advantageous.
