Responsibilities

• Perform regular maintenance on indoor plant displays and ensure optimal conditions.
• Assist in the selection and procurement of high-quality plant materials.
• Educate clients about plant care and proper maintenance techniques.
• Develop seasonal displays and arrangements to keep environments fresh and inviting.
• Document client interactions and service updates in company systems.
• Engage in ongoing training and development in horticulture and landscaping techniques.
• Manage time effectively to meet deadlines and client appointments.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss project updates and strategies.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred

Experience

• Experience working with a variety of indoor plant species.

Languages
