Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Systems Support Engineer to join our team. This position requires a proactive approach to managing computer systems, performing installations, configuration, and troubleshooting to create a seamless IT experience for our users.

Responsibilities

  • Perform system installations and upgrades as required.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues promptly.
  • Conduct regular system performance checks.
  • Manage system user permissions and access levels.
  • Create and update comprehensive documentation for systems.
  • Assist in disaster recovery planning and execution.
  • Liaise with vendors for software and hardware procurement.
  • Provide technical support to internal staff and assist in training.
  • Ensure compliance with security protocols and standards.
  • Implement best practices for system maintenance and efficiency.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Professional certification in relevant technologies (e.g., MCSE, CCNA)
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in systems administration or support roles
