Responsibilities
Conduct door-to-door sales with residential customers.
Identify potential customers and effectively market company products.
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate sales records and report figures to management.
Provide excellent customer service and follow up with customers after sales to ensure satisfaction.
Participate in training sessions to improve sales techniques and product knowledge.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Utilize mobile payment systems to facilitate transactions.
Attend local events to showcase products and engage with potential clients.
Provide feedback to management on customer preferences and market trends.
Requirements
Education
High School Diploma or equivalent
Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
Experience
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales or marketing, with preference for door-to-door sales experience.
