Job Description

This role involves directly reaching out to customers in their homes to sell our products and services. The ideal candidate is outgoing, persuasive, and enjoys helping others while meeting sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct door-to-door sales with residential customers.
  • Identify potential customers and effectively market company products.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and report figures to management.
  • Provide excellent customer service and follow up with customers after sales to ensure satisfaction.
  • Participate in training sessions to improve sales techniques and product knowledge.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Utilize mobile payment systems to facilitate transactions.
  • Attend local events to showcase products and engage with potential clients.
  • Provide feedback to management on customer preferences and market trends.

Requirements

Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
Experience
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales or marketing, with preference for door-to-door sales experience.
