Job Description
We are seeking a Telephone Operator responsible for managing incoming calls and assisting clients with their inquiries. The individual will ensure accurate quoting and communication, providing a high level of customer service.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of product offerings.
Utilize CRM software for tracking client interactions.
Assist in identifying trends in pricing and client needs.
Support team members in ad-hoc projects as needed.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the quoting process.
Requirements
Education
Associate's degree in a related field is preferred
Experience
2+ years of experience in customer service or sales support

Languages
English: Fluent
Advantageous
