Job Description

We are seeking a Telephone Operator responsible for managing incoming calls and assisting clients with their inquiries. The individual will ensure accurate quoting and communication, providing a high level of customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of product offerings.
  • Utilize CRM software for tracking client interactions.
  • Assist in identifying trends in pricing and client needs.
  • Support team members in ad-hoc projects as needed.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the quoting process.

Requirements

Education
  • Associate's degree in a related field is preferred
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service or sales support

  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Tools

Languages
  • English: Fluent

Advantageous

  • Bilingual abilities: Ability to communicate effectively in Spanish or other languages is a plus.
