Join our production team as a Metal-Refining Furnace Operator, where you will manage the operations and maintenance of metal refining furnaces. Strong attention to detail and the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues are essential.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate furnace systems for refining metals.
• Maintain accurate temperature logs and production data.
• Ensure raw materials are managed properly throughout the cycle.
• Assist in optimizing furnace operations for quality enhancement.
• Conduct safety audits and evaluations periodically.
• Work with technical support to implement improvements.
• Train new workers on furnace operation and safety protocols.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent required

Experience

• Previous experience in metal refining or glass manufacturing processes is advantageous.
