Job Description

As the Rehabilitation Center Manager, you'll be at the forefront of enhancing patient care. You will lead a dedicated team, focusing on the day-to-day operations that ensure our patients receive the highest level of care and support.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of operational strategies to enhance facility performance.
  • Facilitate communication between various healthcare teams.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Organize professional development training for staff.
  • Evaluate patient treatment outcomes and adjust protocols as necessary.
  • Develop partnerships with local health organizations.
  • Address patient and staff feedback to implement necessary changes.
  • Manage and oversee data reporting for compliance and improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field
  • Master's degree in healthcare administration is preferred
