Job Description
As the Rehabilitation Center Manager, you'll be at the forefront of enhancing patient care. You will lead a dedicated team, focusing on the day-to-day operations that ensure our patients receive the highest level of care and support.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of operational strategies to enhance facility performance.
- Facilitate communication between various healthcare teams.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Organize professional development training for staff.
- Evaluate patient treatment outcomes and adjust protocols as necessary.
- Develop partnerships with local health organizations.
- Address patient and staff feedback to implement necessary changes.
- Manage and oversee data reporting for compliance and improvement initiatives.
Requirements
Education
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field
- Master's degree in healthcare administration is preferred

- 5+ years of experience managing healthcare facilities
