Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our recruitment team in Seattle. The ideal candidate will play a key role in sourcing, screening, and placing candidates while building strong relationships with clients and candidates alike. You will implement innovative recruitment strategies, ensuring that we attract high-quality talent in a competitive market.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute recruitment campaigns to fill open positions.
• Create and manage job descriptions and interview questions.
• Screen resumes and interview candidates to determine suitability.
• Work with the HR Manager to develop training for hiring managers on effective interviewing.
• Evaluate and improve candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Generate reports on recruitment activities and performance metrics.
• Ensure all candidate communication is professional and timely.
• Act as a liaison between candidates and hiring managers.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting

Certifications

• Certified Talent Acquisition Specialist (CTAS)
