Job Description

We are seeking an organized HR Coordinator to join our dynamic Atlanta team. In this role, you will support all aspects of our HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, a great communicator, and passionate about creating a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate recruitment efforts and assist in talent acquisition.
  • Prepare and conduct onboarding sessions for new hires.
  • Support the ongoing development of HR policies.
  • Assist in the annual performance review process.
  • Engage in employee relations efforts and conflict resolution.
  • Compile HR metrics and reporting for management review.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Management
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in HR coordination or related administrative roles
