Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Pharmacist to join our pharmacy team in a patient-centered environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for dispensing medications, providing patient care, and ensuring compliance with all regulations.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient evaluations to assess physical needs.
• Create and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress.
• Use manual therapy techniques to facilitate recovery.
• Educate patients on self-care techniques to maintain progress.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss patient care strategies.
• Provide support to patients and families concerning their recovery journey.
• Implement health and wellness initiatives within the community.

Requirements

Education

• DPT or related degree from an accredited institution
• Current state licensure required

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in direct patient care

• Rehabilitation Techniques
• Patient Education

Soft Skills

• Teamwork
• Problem-solving

Certifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist
• Basic Life Support (BLS)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in pediatric physical therapy: Experience working with children in a rehab setting to support recovery.
• Knowledge of telehealth practices: Familiar with virtual care principles and telehealth outcomes.
