As a Dental Receptionist at Dental Care Associates, you'll be the friendly face that greets patients and the voice that assists them over the phone. Your role is crucial in maintaining the flow of operations in our busy dental practice. You will manage patient appointments, handle billing inquiries, and ensure that our reception area runs smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Manage appointment bookings and cancellations.

• Ensure patient data is collected and maintained correctly.
• Assist in the billing process, verifying insurance details.
• Support the dental team in managing patient flow.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in a similar role.
