Type Disk Quality Control Supervisor

Job Description

The Type Disk Quality Control Supervisor will oversee the complete quality control process of type disk production. You'll ensure that all operations meet stringent quality standards, addressing any production issues that might arise to maintain an efficient workflow.

Responsibilities

• Lead the quality control team in daily operations and quality inspections.
• Implement corrective actions for quality issues and enforce accountability.
• Conduct training sessions for staff on quality standards and procedures.
• Interface with production teams to ensure specifications are met.
• Document and report on quality control system performance metrics.
• Facilitate problem-solving sessions to enhance product quality.
• Actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure documentation complies with ISO and other regulatory standards.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Quality Assurance or related field is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in quality control within manufacturing, preferably in a supervisory capacity.

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of ISO standards
• Statistical analysis tools

Certifications

• Certified Quality Auditor (CQA)

Languages

• English: Fluent
