Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Speeder Worker to join our dynamic team. This position involves operating and maintaining specialized machinery to ensure maximum production speed while focusing on efficiency and quality.

Responsibilities

• Operate winding, twisting, and drawing machines with precision.
• Ensure the safe handling of materials and adherence to safety protocols.
• Adjust machine settings to optimize for varying fabric types and production requirements.
• Conduct periodic quality checks and report any deviations.
• Document all maintenance activities and machine adjustments.
• Assist in inventory management of raw materials and finished products.
• Help implement process improvements based on feedback and production data.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Additional technical certifications are an asset

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in textile manufacturing roles.
