Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Lathe and Turning Machine Tool Setter, Operator, and Tender to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating automatic spinning lathes to produce high-quality metal and plastic components according to specifications.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate production logs and records of machining processes.
• Conduct troubleshooting and repairs on lathes as necessary.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and maintain a clean work area.
• Assist in the design and modification of manufacturing processes.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss workflow and potential improvements.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of a technical training program in machining or manufacturing preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in lathe operation and setup

Technical Skills

• CNC Programming
• Lathe Operation

• Adaptability

Languages

• English: Fluent
