• Analyze production data and report findings to management.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for optimal supply chain performance.
• Develop testing protocols to validate new processes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field
• Master's degree in Engineering Management or Industrial Engineering preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in process improvement roles
