Join our team as a Cereal Chemist, where you will be responsible for developing and improving cereal products. The ideal candidate will conduct experiments, analyze data, and ensure product quality aligns with industry standards while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the formulation of new cereal products.
• Perform detailed quality analysis on cereal ingredients and final products.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in product development processes.
• Document research findings and product modifications thoroughly.
• Participate in sensory evaluations and consumer testing.
• Evaluate product performance and make recommendations for changes.
• Engage in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative product ideas.
• Assist in regulatory compliance of new products.
• Support marketing with technical product information.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or a related field
• Advanced degree in a relevant field is advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years in food product development is highly preferred
