Responsibilities

• Operate sausage grinding machinery, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
• Follow specific recipes and guidelines to maintain product quality.
• Perform routine maintenance on grinding equipment.
• Assist in packaging and labeling of finished products.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the work area.
• Document production quantities and any issues encountered.
• Collaborate with team members for efficiency improvements.
• Adhere to safety and sanitation protocols at all times.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in food manufacturing or meat processing

Technical Skills

Advantageous

• Certifications in Food Safety: Holding certifications in food safety and sanitation is a plus.
