Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Acrobat Specialist to join our Product Development team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong command over Adobe Acrobat and will be responsible for creating and optimizing PDF documents for various applications.

Responsibilities

  • Lead initiatives to optimize document workflows within the organization.
  • Coordinate with design teams to ensure cohesive branding across all PDFs.
  • Respond to technical queries from users about document handling.
  • Assist in troubleshooting technical issues with PDF generation and editing.
  • Participate in project meetings to discuss features and improvements.
  • Document all user instructions and support materials effectively.

Requirements

Education
  • Associate's degree in a relevant field
  • Advanced training in document management systems is a plus
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in document management or related fields
