Job Description

We are on the lookout for a passionate and dedicated Youth Teacher to join our vibrant team. The successful candidate will design and implement engaging lesson plans to educate and empower our youth, helping them reach their academic and personal goals.

Responsibilities

• Support student social and emotional well-being through mentorship
• Integrate technology into the classroom for enhanced learning experiences
• Administer and interpret educational assessments to track student progress
• Develop partnerships with local businesses or organizations for student internships
• Foster an environment of respect and inclusivity among students
• Conduct regular parent-teacher conferences to discuss student development

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field
• Master's degree in Education or related field is preferred

Experience

• Experience working with youth in educational or community settings

Languages
